Alex Lorimer is the Chief Operating Officer at Gaming Corps. When he joined the studio in early 2021, the business had recently received its Malta Gaming Authority licence, but with only a handful of mid-tier customers and a less than desirable slot product offering. With significant pressure and expectation to fast-track the business, he felt the fastest way would be to create unique offerings within the non-traditional vertical. This ultimately led to the launch of Gaming Corp’s Smash4Cash mechanic, which proved to be an instant hit with players and operators, transforming the studio’s fortunes.
