ALL FOR ONE Studios is one of the most accomplished slot developers, but one that perhaps goes a little under the radar. Its games are available at most online casinos in the UK, and the chances are you’ll have spun the reels on at least one of its titles. 

To learn more about the studio, its approach to development and how it continues to launch smash hit after smash hit, we spoke to Julia Saburova, Head of Studio at ALL FOR ONE Studios. 

ALL FOR ONE Studios has enjoyed a strong start to the year with back-to-back successful releases. What did you learn in 2024 that is influencing game development in 2025?

As a studio, we’ve always built around one core principle: follow the data. That philosophy continues to guide us through 2025. We’ve focused on evolving some of our most recognisable brands like Arena of Gold and Queens of Ra by pairing them with proven, trending mechanics. We also saw the need to zero in on stronger themes, build on the momentum of our Give Me Gold brand and its charismatic lead, Skinny Steve. The goal is to strike a smart balance: double down on what’s working, and introduce just the right amount of innovation to keep things fresh.

ALL FOR ONE has a diverse portfolio with POWER COMBO™, Link&Win™ and Rising Rewards™ titles. How important is this range of features in ensuring players remain entertained?

Range is key, but so is refinement. Different players gravitate towards different experiences – some prefer familiar mechanics, others seek something new. Our focus has been to offer variety, but within a recognisable framework. Whether it’s upgrading existing feature sets or creating hybrids, we aim to deliver layered gameplay that sustains interest beyond the first few spins.

Your latest release, Queens of Ra: Coin Collect™ is the next iteration of the popular slot Queens of Ra: POWER COMBO™ – how does the new game differ?

Both games present the player with the same trio of powerful queens, but with very different mechanics. The original centred on Link&Win combinations, while Coin Collect moves the action to the base game. Players can collect coins worth up to 50x, with the collect symbol on reel five spinning to potentially multiply that by 5x. From there, the game branches into Bronze, Silver and Gold bonus rounds – each with Link&Win functionality and additional mystery symbols that can raise multipliers and respin values. It’s a fresh direction with strong upside, including a 20,000x jackpot.

Coin Collect bonuses have become a mainstay across the industry. Why are these so popular?

Coin Collect radically changes the feel of the base game. There’s a sense of anticipation on every spin, especially when high-value coins land and players are waiting on the collect symbol to bring it home. In Queens of Ra: Coin Collect™, that tension is amplified with the reel five multiplier reveal – it’s not just about collecting, it’s about how much it could be worth. During its exclusive release, it quickly became a player favourite.

Enchanted Wolf Rising from ALL FOR ONE Studios

Naturally, we’re maintaining that high level of visual quality going forward in 2025, applying it to other bold themes in titles like Aztec Inferno™ and Thunder Riches: Buffalo™, among others, which will carry that torch forward. We’ll also be seeing our very own gold-toothed prospector, Skinny Steve, return to star in two very different Give Me Gold™-branded games.

As far as features go, we’ll be delivering a strong contingent of the tried-and-true while also expanding our collection to include another take on Ultra Link&Win™, introducing MultiChase™ rolling multipliers.
